Join Kew Wind Orchestra for a fun-packed afternoon of music for all the family, but especially the kids and the young-at-heart!

The children will also have a chance to meet Naomi from Five's 'Milkshake!' who will be filming a 'conducting challenge' and leading some fun and games to be shown on a future programme.

Also taking place at the Old Deer Park that day is the Citroen French Market, so you will be able to sample the fine food and drink of France with lots more to see and do.

Friday 6th July 2007 7:30pm Canadian Connections

Following on from last year's successful 'American Connections' concert at St. Johns Kew Wind Orchestra returns to Smith Square for another collaborative performance. This time KWO will be joined by Canada's Calgary Concert Band.

Audiences will be treated to an entertaining mix of classical, contemporary and jazz numbers - including music from Disney's 'The Incredibles', Persichetti and Canadian folk songs.

The concert is in aid of the Nordoff-Robbins musical therapy charity.

The Kew Wind Orchestra returns to St James Park to play 3 hours of music.

The concert is a special launch event in St James's Park for the "Dig for Victory" project which is running in conjunction with the Churchill Museum & Cabinet War Rooms
